SHIPPING POLICY:

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Free domestic shipping on orders over $50.

 

5.99 flat rate shipping for orders below $50.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

RETURNS:

We hope you love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may reach out to us, or request a return. Make sure to include your name and order number.

Returns must be sent back within 30 days after order was delivered.

Due to hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns of any utensils, straws, or teethers. 

 

Items can only be returned unused, clean, undamaged, in new sellable condition, with all tags,  labels, and product packaging intact. (Items sent back that are dirty, used, damaged, missing tags, labels, or product packaging, or in any other way not in sellable condition- will not be refunded, and will not be shipped back to buyer.)

Returns that bring an order total to below 50$ will void the free shipping - and incur the 5.99 flat rate fee, which will be deducted from the return refund.

Orders or products with a discount of 20% or more, are final sale, and cannot be returned.

RETURN SHIPPING:

You may request a return label, which will be emailed to you to be printed - with a label fee of 7.99 deducted from your refund.

 

Or, you may choose to ship the items on your own. If you choose to ship on your own make sure to keep the tracking number so you can locate your package and make sure it arrives back at our warehouse. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit. 

 

Returns and refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from when package arrives back at warehouse.

 

Items must be shipped back either in original shipping packaging or same form of packaging (ie: mailer, box, etc.) to ensure it will not be damaged in transit back to us. Please include your order packing slip which contains your information and order number.

EXCHANGES:

We apologize, as of now we do not offer exchanges of any products. If you would like to exchange an item please return original item and place a separate order for item you prefer.

FAULTY ITEMS:

We carefully inspect all items before shipping out, but if for any reason you’ve received an item that is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 3  days of receiving (please include images)- and we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

FINAL SALE:
